My Queries folder watcher doesn't notice deletes
If you place or edit scripts outside of LINQPad in the My Queries folder, these changes are immediately reflected in LINQPad.
However, this is not the case for file and directory deletions. These changes are missed.
If you rename a file after deleting another, the treeview is correctly updated again.
Perhaps because new files and renames can be seen as "File" changes and file deletions as "Folder" changes, but that wouldn't explain why new folders are displayed correctly.
