Can't change database selection type for existing connection?
Hello all,
I'm wondering if there's a reason you can't change the database selection type for an existing connection - for example, switching from "Display all in a TreeView" to a specific database, or vice-versa. I don't know if the ability to change this is an oversight, or intentional.
I thought perhaps it was so that the connection saved with existing queries wouldn't suddenly point to a different database (that could be a nightmare, perhaps more often than it would be useful!), but if that's the case, you can still point the connection to a different db on the same server, so maybe there's a different reason?
