Ampersand in database names not displayed in connection tree.

I have a connection which displays all the databases in a treeview, but there is one database which has an ampersand in the name and the ampersand is not displayed (and it looks like it is treated as a Mnemonic as the following character is underlined).

The database is usable, so it is only a very minor UI issue.
