Referencing assemblies

I'd like to use Linqpad to reference an assembly of mine which in turn uses geolocation, in Windows.Devices.Geolocation. But I can't see how to reference this - I thought it was in Microsoft.Netcore.UniversalWindowsPlatform but apparently not as this is already referenced.

Any clues?
