Can't add nuget
For some reason on new machine fresh installation I can't add some nugets.
In dialog it reports successful installation, files are downloaded, however linqpad keeps insisting that nothing is installed.
No any errors or exceptions.
As example CsvHelper is installed, but I can't use it and is not in cache:

However with another nuget System.Reactive.Linq same issue and if i look into folder
where nuget is unpacked, I can see that binary files missing. nupack contains binaries, but extracted version - no
