No response from links?

I generate a query that has output with hyperlinks like the following:
But when I click on these links I just get a blank page.
I am not sure what I need to configure so the results of clicking these hyper-links gives output. It is consistent. Whenever a hyperlink is shown in the output I am unable to get the results of clicking on the hyper-link. Refining the query does show output so it is not that there is nothing to display. Any ideas?

Can you post a simple demo query that reproduces the problem?
