LINQPad.QueryPlanVisualizer for LINQPad6 with SQL Server and PostgreSQL support released

I just released an update for LINQPad.QueryPlanVisualizer so the visualizer is now compatible with LINQPad 6. It supports LINQ-to-SQL and Entity Framework Core and the new version adds support for PostgreSQL too.
