Debugger error: Unable to attach to process.

I have this error almost all the time, not happening with version 5 just 6 or 7
any ideas? I can't debug any code because of that

Can you reproduce it on demand or is it random?
Does it occur on just one machine?

by demand is easy, just need to add a break point or enable break with CTRL+U -
Can you reproduce it on another machine - or on Windows Sandbox?

on the windows sanbox I guess I need to do an offline activation, I need to check how to do that
but I did learn something new today, windows sandbox is a nice feature ;-)
