Random TimeoutException when creating extension class
I'm not sure what the cause is that would trigger it exactly, no other useful information in the error. But this tends to happen after starting to type out the signature of an extension method in an extension block. Able to reproduce it somewhat reliably... up until I restarted LINQPad.
Is this a problem we should look out for?

Did you click on the "Submit" when the error dialog appeared? I can't find anything that matches.

I definitely did on one of em. Hopefully it went through, but it seems like it didn't.
I'll have to see if I can repro. All I can remember at the time was that I was hopping between tasks and would occasionally jump to LINQPad to add more extensions as I came up with them. At the time, typing felt a little sluggish (I'm assuming from this oddity). I did have a LINQPad 5 instance open on the side but I don't think that should matter.
