Need autosave to work effectively with AI tools

Hi, I'm using Claude Code cli tool in my project. Part of my projesct is a set of linq-pad scripts, which Claude Code can create and edit as a files in my folder. The problem appers when we edit a file together. I change something then expect Claude Code to change also and I need my changes to be autosaved, otherwise we often have conflicts.

The example well-working editor of VS code, which updates fies from disk and saves transparently.

Please introduce such option.
