[BUG] Visual issue when starting LINQPad 9.3.10 Windows 11

LINQPad 9.3.10 Windows 11, visual glitch on every start (disappears after 1-5 seconds). Can be resized by mouse, no content inside, only border.

  Looks like a hole in your screen! Should now be fixed in 9.3.11
