Feature request: Disable / delay Quick Info (hover tooltip) in editor

When teaching live, the IntelliSense Quick Info tooltip that appears on mouse hover (method signature/docs popup) frequently covers code and distracts students. I currently have to press Esc repeatedly to dismiss it.

Could you please add either:

a setting to disable Quick Info on hover, and/or

a configurable hover delay (e.g., 500 ms / 1000 ms / user-defined), similar to Visual Studio’s hover behavior?

This would make LINQPad much easier to use in classroom demonstrations and screen sharing.
