Try the latest LINQPad 9 build (9.1.6). I've updated the program that generates the runtimeconfig.json so it emits an AspNetCore entry if you've enabled the ASP.NET option in script properties.

The Roslyn libraries have been refreshed to the latest daily build in 9.1.5, so this should now work.
