LINQPad Beta 5.08.02 - is blocked by Windows 10 (v1511)

I tried to run the latest beta on Windows 10 version 1511 it is blocked it because the publisher has been blocked from running software on my machine.

The previous version of LINQPad 5.08.01 is not blocked by Windows 10.

Have you tried going to file properties and checking 'unblock'?

I just tried checking 'unblock' and that worked.
