How to execute a stored procedure with table valued parameters?

I am trying to execute a stored procedure with Table Valued Parameters. Trying to pass SqlParamter object with SqlDbType as Structured seems to be not working with ExecuteStoredProcedure().

Also noticed that, SPs with table valued parameters are missing in list of Stored Procedures on left pane.

Yes, this is not supported at present.

Another thought: it would save some time for others if the stored procedure could at least be seen in the tree with some indication that it can not be used.
To simply not have it listed is not good. You start looking at permissions etc which is all a waste of time
