Dump to grid not putting in title

It seems in some cases with some scripts I have that do Dump("title", true) for five grids, there is a timing issue that causes the grid to be created with a blank tab instead of named with the title. The script only runs about 3 seconds once cached (CSV Driver) but the first run takes longer (52 seconds). Longer queries seem to make it happen more frequently.

I've also seen it happen when I hit Ctrl-S to save the query while it is running.

I have also seen when I right-click the upper right grid square and choose Open in Excel, LINQPad highlights some columns and skips others, then copies those columns as empty into Excel???
