Code sample for C# nutshell book 7th edition not in LINQPad paid.

Hi,

Code listings page for the C# 7.0 nutshell books (here: http://www.albahari.com/nutshell/code.aspx) says:

All code listings for Chapters 2-10, 14, 20, 22, 23 and 26 are available as interactive samples in LINQPad.

But the latest paid LINQPad version I have only shows samples for Chapters 8-10 and 26.

I am specifically looking for code for Ch. 14.
