#LINQPad Optimize+ -- Throwing error

I'm working through the Sydney NDC 2018 samples on neural networks, and the imaging one has a preprocessor directive of #LINQPad Optimize+

I'm attempting to run it using LINQPad 5 installer.

I notice the directive used is only listed under the Beta heading, so is it safe to assume that unless I run the beta that I should expect the CS1024 error?

That's right. Note that you can just delete that directive and instead use the global setting (Shift+Alt+O) to switch compiler optimizations on and off.
