LINQPad for .NET 5 will probably be a paid upgrade, although it depends on a number of factors (such as when it's released).

Note that the upgrade price is based on when you last purchased or upgraded. Hence it will be cheaper to upgrade from LINQPad 6 to LINQPad 7 than it will be to upgrade from LINQPad 5 to LINQPad 7.
