LINQPad 6 fails to start
Get error dialog with message...
"unable to find a suitable .net core runtime for executing queries"
But I have .NET Core 3.1 on the system.
Not sure how long it's been in this state as I haven't used it on home PC for a while. However, VS 2019 was updated to 16.5 recently. Just download and reinstall LINQPad?

Yes, download and reinstall. You might have a fairly old version, and unfortunately there were some breaking changes in .NET 3.1.
If it's still a problem, run the utility that comes with LINQPad: "Download .NET Core".
Thanks Joe, reinstalling did the trick. I was going to do that anyway but thought I'd report the problem to see whether it was a known issue or not.
