LinqPad6 cannot start Win32Exception
Hi,
I cannot start linqpad6, I got issue System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception.
In more detail during debug:
Exception thrown at 0x000007FEFD43B87D in LINQPad6.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: EEFileLoadException at memory location 0x000000001F3119D8.
Issue is spotted on windows 7 computers, on windows 10 computers it works..
Any idea, what to do or how to test, what is wrong?

Linqpad6 x64 and 32bit v6.6 and v6.7 tested, ZIP file version without installation
Installed .Net Core SDK 3.0 and 3.1
No network access from computer, no admin rights
