LINQPad should reload the environment variables to userquery.exe once it restarted
After environment variables change, it won't apply to LINQPad unless have LINQPad restarted.
I think it's better to only require the userquery.exe restarted, with simple click to Shift+F5(unload the process), the userquery.exe should pickup the latest environment variables.
