Suggestion: #1: LinqPad only NuGet Feed -- #2: Plugins for LinqPad

It'd be nice to have a way to share Linqpad specific plugins and extensions. It'd also be nice to have a way to improve linqpad -- e.g., intellisense of SQL, additional visualization options (e.g. JSON Formatter), etc.

You shouldn't have to be the bottleneck in adding all these fringe features... :)
