Licence invoice enquiry

Hello,

Our company wants to buy LINQPad Premium Enterprise license.

I contacted support via the "everything else" form (https://www.linqpad.net/Feedback.aspx) but I've yet to hear from them.

Seeing as we cannot buy via card, we need an early invoice which we could use to make the payment.

  1. How long does support usually take to reply?
  2. is an early invoice possible?

  • Licensing queries are usually answered within one or two working days. You should have heard back by now - let me know if there's still an issue.

    My manager mentioned that the last time we tried to buy Linqpad directly it didn't work out, we need to buy through a reseller.

    We are based in Lithuania, can you tell which is the nearest reseller to us?

  • QBS Distribution and SoftwareOne are based in the EU, although any international reseller such as SHI should be able to help.

    Can you suggest any other resellers, because none of the ones listed above are replying to us.

    I found a QBS contact in Lithuania https://rekvizitai.vz.lt/imone/sonova/ but when calling their number it says that my call cannot be connected at this time. Is it being redirected outside the country? I don't want to get charged. I am also not sure which e-mail I should be contacting, because in their website the listed e-mail and the one on the map are different (https://www.qbsint.com/contact-us/)

    Update: I got ahold of an QBS agent, will be making an enquiry via e-mail. Hopefully we will get out invoice.
