Make top level server selectable in query
Almost always, if I need to access more then one database at the same time, it's one or more databases on the same server. It would be convenient, if I could just pick the server on the connections list. I would expect it to then give me the same contexts, as if I control dragged all the databases on that server onto the query. The connections dropdown could have either "server.*" or "server" added to the drop down, to include all databases as contexts.
