Place opening brace on new line not working

Hello, I've been long time user of linqpad and this little annoying thing has always been there even though settings say it should work e.g. opening brace stays on the same line instead of going to the next.
Attached, including gif from Rider that shows correct behaviour.

Am I missing something.
