[Feature] Add additional package links in the LINQPad NuGet Manager

Hi there!

I would love it if the following links could be added to the right hand view of the LINQPad NuGet Manager:

Project website (rename of Project Information)
Source repository
Open on NuGet.org
Open in NuGet Package Explorer
Open in FuGet Package Explorer

Also, I wish there were a way to make it so the middle view showed the package ID instead of the package name. If you search for Quartz, they name all their packages simply Quartz.NET so I have to click each one to actually see which one it is (or read the description).
