Educational Premium License and BYOD

Morning,
We want to purchase an "Educational Premium License" for use with one of our courses. We have removed all of the computers within our classroom and are now having the students bring their own laptops. Does the "Educational Premium License" cover "Bring Your Own Device"?

Thanks,

For BYOD, students will need to purchase their own licenses. However, we can set you up with a special referral link that will enable students to purchase a 12-month student license for $20. They can then also use LINQPad at home for assignments and general learning. If this suits, contact customer support and we'll create a link.

I represent a university that also uses BYOD model. Do we still need to buy an educational license first to make our students buy a premium license with a discount?

And another question what evidence is required to prove I and the students represent the university?

Please contact customer support - we'll sort out the evidence.
