The type initializer for 'LINQPad.FrameworkResolver' threw an exception.
We are trying to get LINQPad running on a server under a service account that has no permission to log in locally on the server. That account will just be used to execute LINQPad scripts, so I am calling the LPRun7.exe file and passing the script file. Everything works great locally, but on the server I get the error "The type initializer for 'LINQPad.FrameworkResolver' threw an exception." I can't find anything about this error online or in the forums, so I'm hoping someone can provide some direction. I believe we have already solved the file permissions issues for this account to the temp directory and the AppData area, but we still must be missing something.
