Postgres spatial queries

Unless I'm overlooking something it seems not possible to execute spatial queries on a postgres database, is it possible to add the option as discussed here https://forum.linqpad.net/discussion/1953/how-would-i-map-spatial-data-for-ef-core-3-x for postgres?
