Chat GPT request not working

Whenever I try to use the AI help feature I get the following error. I have checked my OpenAI account and it has plenty of "hits" before the max threshold I have set.

    I suspect I am on the free/pay-as-you-go plan.
    Is a ChaptGPT subscription required?
    If I specify ChatGpt4 i get a different error.

    I upgraded by ChatGPT to a subscription but still get the same errors.
    Note that I created and used a new API key after upgrading.

    It turns out this was a case of user error. :(
    I misread the ChatGPT account screen thinking I had credit remaining, but it was actually telling me the $18 had expired. All I had to do was add funds to my account.
