Query Properties dialog unable to switch tabs using keyboard

Here are the steps to reproduce this problem:

1. Open LINQPad
2. Hit F4 open Query Properties dialog
3. Hit Tab multiple times and try to move focus to the Tabs area which you can't. (That's the issue.)

Possible workaround:

1. Use mouse to click on any tab. Then you can press Ctrl+Tab to move between Tabs.
