Cannot connect to Postgres database with LinqPad 7

Hi,
I am trying to connect to a Postgres database using LinqPad 7 and I receive this error after setting up the connection

Error Testing EF Core Connection 28000: The RDS Proxy requires TLS connections

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
