How to use gpt-5.1-codex-max for Azure OpenAI

I can only use gpt-5.1. The versions gpt-5.1-codex and gpt-5.1-codex-max are not usable in LINQPad 9.

Was the model deployed using Azure Foundry? If so, you'll need to add this by clicking Add Provider and choosing **Custom OpenAI or Azure Foundry Endpoint"*.
