EF Core Connection Dialog SQLite: Browse database file shouldn't block if file doesn't exist
With the addition of the "Create empty database" button, it would be nice if the "Browse" button doesn't enforce that the file should exist. Maybe there could be a dialog warning that it does not exist and ask if it should be created instead?
