9.10.19 stuck on 'Downloading newer beta..."

Hi,

Just flagging the today LINQPad 9 Beta 9.10.19 seems to be stuck on "Downloading newer beta...". This is on Windows 11 Business 25H2 26200.9168.

I will try and reboot but thought I'd flag early if anyone else is seeing this.

Aside from that LINQPad operates as normal.

Just to confirm the issue persists after a reboot.
