Future timestamps on LINQPad update files
Updating LINQPad beta to 9.11.10 this morning, I noticed that Everything (voidtools) reports that some update files appear to preserve build-machine local timestamps without timezone conversion.
For example, LINQPad.GUI.dll has LastWriteTime 24/09/2026 12:53:26 on a UK system, although its Authenticode timestamp is 05:53:27 UK time, corresponding almost exactly to 12:53:27 in Western Australia. This results in update files appearing several hours in the future after installation.
It doesn’t seem to affect operation, but I thought I'd report in case you wanted to know.
