Rename on partial class does not update the other declarations

Hi Joe,

I'm on LINQPad v9.12.1 x64 beta. I think I've found a small bug in the rename refactoring.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new .linq file.
2. Declare a partial class in several places within the same file (as shown below).
3. Press F2 on the class name in one of the declarations and enter a new name.

Expected behaviour
Every partial class declaration, and every reference to the type, should be renamed.

Actual behaviour
All references are updated correctly, but the other partial class declarations are left untouched and keep the old name (as shown below).
