How to fix Azure.Core not loading?

Can you help me fix an issue connecting to a DB from Linqpad 9?

The error is:
Could not load file or assembly 'Azure.Core, Version=1.38.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=92742159e12e44c8'. The system cannot find the file specified.

I get it, when I add a new connection as LINQ-to-SQL, select SQL Azure, enter a hostname and select "Active Directory - integrated" as authentication method.

I've tried different buttons, but nothing helps.

Anyone who can assist?
