Attempting to load an unsigned LinqPad driver gives no error message
When adding a new connection and selecting an unsigned driver, LinqPad happily says that the driver has been loaded OK.
However, the driver doesn't show up in the drivers list.
Instead of saying OK, it should display an error message that the driver isn't signed. This would have saved me some time trying to figure out why the driver wasn't showing up even though LinqPad said it was OK.
