AutoComplete doesn't work in VB?
Options
Hi,
When I am using VB Expressions the autocomplete doesn't work, it works fine if I use C# Expressions. Is this an issue or by design??
Regards..

This is by design: VB autocompletion is not supported as yet.

Hi Joe,
I've seen a number of comments where people bought linqpad premium not knowing that autocompletion would not work with VB. I did the same. The reason is that your purchasing screen does not clearly and explicity state that autocompletion does not work with VB.
When I bought linqpad, this notice was several lines below the Purchase buttons, which was all I was looking for.
Because you do want completely satisfied customers, not customers who got something other than what they thought they were paying for, I think it would be fair of you to put this on your priority task list, and get it done soon!
Thanks!

Hi Dan
I can see your point: that note has now been moved to the top, and C# is in boldface.
The good news is that both VB and F# are likely to get some love in the next major update. Right now I'm at the prototyping phase, and so far, it's looking promising.
If you'd like a refund in the meantime, please let me know. -
Thanks Joe!
Refund definitely not needed ... :-)
Good Luck!
