LINQ in Action Sample Libraries No Longer Available?

I am unable to download the sample libraries for the book LINQ in Action. When I try to download the libraries from within LINQPad, I get the following pop-up error message:

LINQPad
Error while unpacking sample queries: C:\\Temp\LINQPad\TempSampleQueries752698.zip is not a valid zip file.

If I go to: linqpad.net/RichClient/SampleLibraries.aspx to download the sample files, I am redirected to http://linqinaction.net/LINQPad/queries.zip and I get the following error message:

404 - File or directory not found.

Are the sample libraries for the book LINQ in Action no longer available?
