HELP: F# program is not working on LinqPad
My laptop is running W7 Home Premium 64 bit. I have installed F# ver 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1. I have tried both LinqPad installer version and anycpu version running as administrator, no luck, cannot even run something simple as printfn "hello" in language F# program, this is the error I got:
