Problems with NHibernate and transactions

Hi, I created various Nuget packages to simplify the usage of NHibernate but I've a strange behaviour with LINQPad that I've not with Visual Studio.

What's the unexpected behavior?

If you run the script multiple times, the first works, next you obtain a TransactionException with the message "Begin failed with SQL exception".

Does it make any difference if you go to Edit | Preferences | Advanced and enable "Always use fresh application domains"?
