LPRun scheduled tasks problem

My team is full with C# experts. We want to exploit that and so we create most of our scripts in LinqPad and run them with LPRun. Recently, with a script which is run once every minute we discover the shadow assemblies are not being automatically removed. We would like to turn that feature completely off, but the settings seems not to affect the LPRun...What can we do? Is there a hidden switch in LPRun that would avoid shadowing....we don't really need it as our dependencies are stable third party libs.
