CS0009 Metadata file 'SQLite.Interop.dll' could not be opened.

CS0009 Metadata file 'SQLite.Interop.dll' could not be opened -- PE image doesn't contain managed metadata.

Is this Roslyn-compiler specific error?
Query works with LINQPad v4.56.06 but not with v5.00.04.
Any workaround known or available?

Can you reproduce this error on another machine?

Yes, I can reproduce this error with desktop and laptop.
Both systems are Windows 7 Pro.
I'll make some further testing next week.

I am also having this problem after moving from 4.something to 5.0.2

Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit, .NET 4.5.2 and 4.6 installed.
