You can activate LINQPad on up to 3 machines at once for your personal use.
Should you run out, you can transfer from one machine to another up to 6 times per year. Go to Help | Remove License, or to deactivate remotely, use this page:

I am in a situation where I log into customer's servers and run some linqpad scripts through lprun.exe - Sometimes I need to tweak a script through remote desktop because it connects to a local resource.
I am really missing intellisense in these cases and do not want to use up the 6 transferrals. Is there any way to (temporarily) enable my license on a customer's server without using up a transfer?

There isn't right now. If you run out of transfers, contact customer support to get it reset.
