TNS: Could not resolve the connect identified specified
Still yet one more solution to this error I have been getting for over a week. After re-installing oracle several times - I came to the conclusion that one of my clients in my admin folder on my C: drive was not setup with TNS. I thought that because it had nothing in it, it couldn't possibly be wrong but if one of your client's does not have the TNS names in it put them in! Why I don't know, I just duplicated all of of the TNS information from the others and my LINQPad worked.
