Web requests?

I have input the following program:

But I get an exception:

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

Am I missing something?

The website is sending you a 400 error. By visiting the link in my browser, I can see this is probably because you do not send credentials with the request. The code you provided will function for most sites.
