Add 'Keep both' option for ai diffs
Occasionally when reviewing ai generated diffs I'd like to be able to accept the addition but also keep the (pending) deletion. For example in the follow screenshot I'd like to add both the green and the red lines:
Would you consider an additional button saying something like "Keep both" to allow for this scenario?
I think this would only make sense on a per diff basis (ie not at the top at script level).
What do you think?

An additional button would add too much clutter for an edge-case, but I could incorporate this action into a context menu, when right-clicking the header - or the text marked in red.

Yes that would be better - a context menu would be great. I suppose the header would be for the whole dif block and the red lines would be a per line thing which might be good for longer blocks. Still the header would be great - thank you!
